Young professionals choose ITGLOBAL.COM
International cloud provider and systems integrator ITGLOBAL.COM, ITG Corporation, has summarized the results of its work with young employees in 2024.The company estimates that 40% of the total number of specialists are young employees under 30 years old. 24% of them joined ITGLOBAL.COM in 2024.
Most often young professionals occupy positions in the IT sector. 66% of them do so. The main professions chosen by young people are developers, testers and technical support engineers. The youngest ITGLOBAL.COM employee works as a junior virtualization engineer. He is 18 years old.
The inflow of young specialists to ITGLOBAL.COM is facilitated by decent working conditions in the company, personnel policy, focused on youth and cooperation with leading IT universities of the country. Today 54% of all employees of the company are graduates of higher educational institutions. Of them 21% studied in St. Petersburg universities, and 8% – in Moscow.
